Back From The Dead..

Many thought it never would never happen again...... (even me).. but here it is... I have scrapped. My MOJO decided that it would pay a visit... It was dragged out and given a slap by great friend and scrapping buddy Georgia today while we had an all day scrapfest at her place. My goal for today was to complete something for me... and after 11 months, and 1 layout of my precious girl, I decided it was time that she featured centre stage!

Thanks to a sketch over at The Colour Room by Ingvild Bolme, 6 hours later... this is the finished product... using YUMMY Little Yellow Bicycle, and some goodies that Georgia bought back for me from her recent trip to Brissie...

Thankyou for coming back.. lets hope it isn't so long between scraps this time!!

The Challenge at I ♥ faces this week is Pet's Only... couldn't resist entering this photo of my 9 year old toy poodle Chewbacca... he is our 4 legged baby.. :-) He loves his toys so much he even waits for Amelie (who is 5months old) to throw the toy... think he'll be waiting a while! :-)

Hi There,
I had the most wonderful time last night and I didn't touch a single photo... I made some cards!! Using the DIVINE new Making Memories Christmas Range - Mistletoe... It arrived at the shop on Thursday and I simply could not resist taking home the paper to play with... there is glitter, flocking & foil involved in this line and it really is SO pretty that you may not want to cut it up...I did.. and this is what I came up with..

The range, including yummy embellishments is available now at SFTH. Make sure you get in there and get some before it flies off the shelves...!

I am feeling rather creative - so hoping to start (and maybe finish) a layout tonight.. we will see where the day takes me.. (which is Food Shopping to start with)

Class at SFTH

Crazy Little Thing Called Life...

Life has been really really hectic these last few months.. between sickness, school runs, school holidays and working there hasn't left much time for Scrapping.. I have been taking HEAPS of photos though so I thought I would update and share..

I have heaps more to share and hopefully soon I will give you some previews of my November class at SFTH... as well as some layouts using all of the papers that just keep on accumulating on my scrap desk!

Hello..

Just thought I would share some photos... we had a lovely afternoon... Dad was bringing home dinner... and the cleaner had been - so I had some free time with the kids rather than the normal 4-5:30pm rush around...

First... some gardening.. we bought some herbs, a strawberry plant and some flowers (which Kaiya bought with her pocket money) from the Kalamunda Growers Markets 2 weeks ago.. and the weather was finally nice enough (although a little nippy) to get planting!!

And this photo was taken when Miss Amelie was 7 weeks...

Here are a couple of snaps from this arvo too... playing out in the street with the neighbours...

I love this one (above) of Cooper... although it doesn't really show his inner ratbag... like this one below..

Therapy.

That is what I had last night... Therapy 0f the Scrapbooking and Friend kind. I had a wonderful night spent with 2 great friends (Sue-ann & Georgia). It was Sue-ann's birthday - so of course we had to celebrate with a couple (or maybe more) glasses of wine... It was great girly time which is long overdue.. it made me feel human again!! (not so much this morning...hehe)

I managed to get a layout finished too...!! I am really happy with this one. I challenged myself not to distress... and I am really happy with the finished product. Using Pink Paislee Fetching papers & embelishments, 7 Gypsies embelishments and RW Laser Cuts Chipboard word... I scrapped my 'Little Devil'. Hope you like it :-)!

My next layout must be of Kaiya... took some fabulous photos of her over the last couple of days... can't wait to scrap them!

Hope you are enjoying your Sunday... I am off to have a nana nap - just like everyone else in this house :-)

I Made a Card!!!

For those that know me... they know I never make cards... in fact this is probably the 2nd card I have ever made!! I have been perusing quite a few blogs lately of cards - which inspired me to give it a go. I really enjoyed it! I am sure this won't be the last one...

Looking forward to some time out tonight - fingers crossed Amelie is a good girl... because Paul is going out to the Rugby... yay!

Prima Goodnes!!

Hi There,
Was VERY inspired last night after blog surfing so - into the scraproom I headed to create and get messy!! Had an absolute ball playing with Prima yummy's... Pretty much everything you see is Prima, except for the bling which is Kaiser.

Used lots of Glimmer Mist including to dye the ribbon!! Fun! Main colour used is Cherry Limeade, with a touch of Iridescent Memory Mist... Paper is Prima - Flirty Little Secrets..

I haven't finished the last 2 pages... but couldn't wait to show you some of what I had been doing because it was so much fun :-)

I also took some photos a couple of days ago... and managed to catch a smile... i was really happy and just adore this photo... Kaiya is such a doting and devoted big sister... :-)

I have finally had some me time.. which was great... armed with a very small stash of stuff I headed to Georgias and spent some time scrapping. Sue-ann came along too.. Their layouts were gorgeous as always :-)! It was a great night and I got a layout done to boot.. wouldn't say it is my best layout ever.. but I am happy with it none the less.. if nothing else the subject is GORGEOUS... :-). Not to mention Coopers greasy fingerprints on it... that'll teach me for leaving the Layouts on the Kitchen Table :-)

I have had this idea in my head since before I went to Brisbane... and today was the day that it HAD to be done... I chose scrapping over folding the mountain of washing that is sitting there waiting... naughty i know... but hey it isn't going anywhere :-)

So here it is... This one is using Crate Paper ORBIT Collection, K& Co 3D Stickers and of course my best friend... PRIMA Stars & Flowers...

Just Train Crazy..

Okay don't fall off your chairs!! Yes.. 2 posts in 2 days... these photos aren't fantastic... but I was so excited to finish this one off that I just about fell off my chair!!
This is a Train Mini Book that I started over in Brisbane... and really needed to finish it... and Cooper LOVES it... so much that he wanted to sleep with it... but i thought that wouldn't be such a good idea :-)
So this is using the absolutely divine GRAPHIC 45 Playtime Past range of papers... I have fallen in love with Graphic 45 recently... can't wait to play with some of their other Papers... Sue-Ann has some more that she is making another mini book with... can't wait to see what she comes up with!!

So - here it is...

Yes - I am still here... just not scrapping alot... Life has been VERY hectic and tiring... with less than 6 weeks to go until Bugalugs arrives I don't imagine things will change much.. but I am somewhat inspired after my trip to Brisbane... here is something i did while I was over there...
Using the new Making Memories IDO range and Prima... YUMMMM!

I am going to try and do the SKETCH challenge that Kathleen created for the shop.. if you want to have a go head to www.sfth.typepad.com to check it out... it is really easy... and a quick way to get a Layout done..

Have to go and get my PJ's and Uggies on for our Girls Night In at SFTH.... what a good night to do it.. it is FREEZING!!!

Creativity is FLOWING..

Hi There,
Well my creativity seems to be flowing at the moment... must be the promise of all of the new CHA products....

I was scrapping with Kaiya yesterday and had to finish this LO.. that is what i want to do in the next few weeks, try and finish some LOs that have been hanging around for a while.. but the class load is about to ramp up.. so we will see how we go...

This one is using Basic Grey, Prima and RW Laser Cut Chipboard and lots of Distress Embossing Powder and Distress Stickles... I was aiming for a beachy/sandy effect... hope you like it.. can't seem to get a great photo.. but we will go with this one!

Just quick one.. have a few things to do this morning for Australia Day.. it is going to be a great day... we have Monet's 2nd birthday party followed by our traditional Triple J Hottest 100 party at Mums... can't wait..

Hi there,
What a hectic time it has been!! Sorry but there has just been no time for any inspiring scrapbooking of late.. In btn Christmas, my birthday, Kaiya's birthday and Paul's birthday... it was just all too much.. Not to mention the fact that I have been VERY tired... for those of you that don't know.. i am up the duff again with #3.. due in July.. so VERY excited about that too!

Actually I lie.. i have ben doing quite a bit of scrapbooking.. just all for classes.. so if you want to see those you will have to drop in to the shop.. but here is one that I can share..

Sue-ann and i went to SFTH to scrap yesterday... and while she managed to bowl over 2 layouts with ease I managed to get this one finished and started another... so hopefully will be able to get something more posted soon. I actually started the LO before Christmas...

Just thought i would post a couple of LO's..

This one I used Basic Grey Urban Prarie Papers and Chip Stickers and Chatterbox Artsylicious.. Yummy.. Bit out of the traditional... using Pink on a boys LO... but I love it!

And this one I have been working on for a couple of weeks... finally decided it was time to just leave it be... Using Gorgeous Crate Paper Mia, German Scraps, Melissa Frances Embellishment and Basic Grey Mini Chip Alphas (piper).

Creative Time

Wow... what a weekend. I had some FANTASTIC creative time at a retreat... it was SO good! Just to get away and not have the demands of Mummy this and Mummy that!!

So I only managed to finish 2 layouts... the other 2 I will certainly post when I am done..

The first one was actually a challenge using Collage Press Papers... I just LOOOVE the new Tim Holtz Masks... yummo!!

And this one using Making Memories & Creative Imaginations Papers... these are photos of the kids first Halloween... there was a party at one of our neighbours houses... so what a chance to dress up and have some photos!! This LO took me about 7 hours... but what fun I had... it was fantastic to sit back and create without a real time limit... well depending on how long my red bull would last!!
Here are some close up details of the LO.

Anyway I best be off to bed... don't actually know how I am still keeping my eyes open..!!

Busy Days

What a couple of weeks. Things have been really hectic... with not alot of time for much at all - but yesterday I got some time to do what I love best (other than scrapping of course)... take photos!! I have managed to edit these with a few different programs and fixes... LOTS of fun..

I took about 255 photos... so there will be plenty of scrapping out of this shoot!! I have also had some time to do some scrapping... here is one I have to show the other is still lacking a title.. will post it as soon as it is finished..

Using the gorgeous Offbeat Range from Basic Grey and the new Granola lettering.. LOVE all of the new collections!!

Right - off to bed for me... need to try and have an early night one of these days!!

Do You Ever Feel

Like you need 25, or better still 30 or more hours in a day to get everything done? With school holidays, the shop, sickness and SO much more going on I have just found it hard - which I am sure has something to do with my house cleaner being on holidays.... So I have nothing to show.. just words.. so sorry...

Took some wonderful photos of the kids the other day at Sue-Ann's house... it was good fun... just love snapping.. just have to put them into action now (i just have to find my camera cable so I can upload them to my laptop!). I also was reminiscing and looking through my old photos - so I am "trying" to commit to doing at least 1 page a week using my older and less perfect photos... I will post the results here... so wish me luck!

I have bought a new Sizzix Die Home (build a butterfly #2) and the new Wallflower font - so I am hoping they will help me with my inspiration kick!

I hope that everyone else has had a wonderful week.. i have to thank to some great friends who topped it off on Friday night.... you know who you are... I am STILL recovering... hehe...

Just A Bit Excited!

Hi There,

Yes - I am just a teensy bit excited... my paving starts tomorrow... we have a HUGE patio area out the back and I am SOOOO sick of the sand... the kids bringing it in, the dogs bringing it in.. so finally the sand will be where it belongs... UNDERNEATH paving bricks!!! Can't wait. Be great for the kids to finally be able to ride their bikes out there, play out there and get out of my hair!!

Speaking of which - they are going to their Grandparents house for the night tomorrow... YAYAYAY!! So they are being picked up about lunch time - after we pick up our new addition to the family - a cocktiel called.... SPARKLES MAISY... named by Kaiya of course!! We are all very excited about that too (except for my DH who isn't a HUGE fan of birds). Then once the hectic morning is over.. I will be settling into an afternoon of uninterupted creative time! Can't wait - have heaps of ideas going through my head at the moment! Just trying to get the housework done tonight so I don't have to worry about that tomorrow!

But last night I went up to Sue-Annes for our weekly 'street scrap nite' which was great (as always) and created this.. playing with the new Creative Imaginations Papers, Prima Lace & Flowers... mmm... Hope you like - and hope to post some more here for you tomorrow..

Time...

Where does time go... sorry I haven't posted for a while - with my DH away and sick kids (and me!)... most nights i just flopped into bed... tired..

So all back to normal now... well almost.. still a little under the weather - but here is something I have been working on for the last couple of days... using the new Basic Grey - Eva... it isn't a great photo - will try and getter a better one in the morning when the light is a bit better..

We got some gorgeous Creative Imaginations Papers in today - new Marah Johnson... can't WAIT to play with them!

Going to see Scott Russell Hill and 2 others at Burswood tomorrow night... very excited.. he is a well known phsycic that is on Nova on Wednesday morning... he is kind of spooky... should be interesting.. just hoping I get picked for a reading... as will everyone else in the room!!

Hi There,
Not much scrapping to report at the moment. We have had Coopers Birthday and my DH has gone away to Las Vegas... so rather than scrap I have worked every night (except 1) in which I layed down on the couch and did nothing... a much needed nothing... but - here I am again... at 11:30 at night tapping away on my keyboard rather than snuggling up in bed and sleeping..
Well I better go and ice Coopers cake for his playgroup party... hang on - it just registered how late it actually is... I will get up early and ice the cake...

Basic Grey Trio Canvases

Its official - I have fallen in love with the new Basic Grey :-)

I sat down and created 3 quick 8x8 canvases on Thursday and I am currently working on another 20"x30" canvas... This is all for me though... i really felt the need to get something on the walls at our new house... so here is the first addition..

As you can see they are very simple - but I love them...

In a very creative mood (i have to be seeing as I haven't done anything for my DH for Fathers Day) so off to the shop and lunch with my girlfriends - then back to scrap!!

Not much to report... Not much scrapping!! My time has been taken up with the craft fair... now that it is all over I am just trying to get my life back to normal... catch up with my family... and take some photos to scrap!!!!!!!!!

We are heading away next week to Marg River - certainly need the break, i am sure the inspiration will flow (as well as the red wine) when I am down there..

Yeah!! Very excited... it is actually for a LO of a class I am running in August - DESTINATION UNKNOWN on August 6th... so now that I can't put it up here on my BLOG make sure you come to the class!!! :-) You can see the full LO at the shop...

I haven't submitted that many LO's to be published (i think this was number 3) it is so nice to have someone else think your work is GREAT!!

Anyway that is my exciting news for the day :-)

Girls Night Out...

On Saturday night I went to T'Annes house to work on the web page... which wasn't a great success as I had Little Miss Kaiya with me... But it turned out to be a fantastic night. Kaiya got her hair and makeup done while drinking her 'Shirley Temple' and then dressed up in some of T'Annes clothes and we all attended a ball.. hehe.. it was great.. She loves her Aunty T'Anne... here are some photos... which are all a bit blurry...! Not sure whether it was the camera or the 2 Cosmopolitans I had to drink... hehe :-)

Such a little miss... always ready to play for the camera... Heading out scrapping tonight so hoping that I finish the layout I started 2 or maybe 3 weeks ago...?? We will see.. Would also be nice to stay in and sit by the fire... :-)

Not much to report this week, no scrapping, no snapping (photos) - have been soooo busy at the shop with stocktake etc that I have had very little sleep and not much inspiration flowing.... although Basic Grey Euphoria arrived yesterday.... it is SOOOOOOOOOO nice... so I am going to go and play tonight as I won't have much time tomorrow - have my Dad coming up and then going to see my stepbrother and the rest of my family for his 18th birthday... it is hard to beleive that he was only 4 (i think) when I first met him... far out...

What A Week - or 2 or 3...

Hi There,
What a massive week or so it has been. I feel like my feet have barely hit the ground... Before I went to Brisbane my DH bought me a new toy... a little camera that I can take everywhere.. Yay! So needless to say I have been playing :-)
Here are some snaps of the kids that I have taken - will be on layouts as soon as I can find the time.. And these are just a few..

Have lots more to share - but right now I am so tired... just managed to get the timetable out and finished - yay! I am so excited this month - we have heaps of great classes!

2 posts in less than a week... :-)

I really just wanted to post a couple of photos that I have taken recently..

This first one is from Mothers Day... we went to lunch @ Sitella's in the Swan Valley.. the food wasn't that great but the company was... here is a rare photo of all of us out the front of Sitella's and we are all smiling... OMIGOD!!

And I went shopping @ Pumpkin Patch yesterday.. always a trap.. but I was playing with my macro lens on my camera and I took some great photos of Kaiya...

Off to Brisbane for work on Tuesday next week too... so needless to say I am VERY excited!! Can't wait to get some more inspiration!!

I have also been doing alot of scrapping since we have moved house... i am sure my husband can't remember what I look like :-)... here are a couple of bits..

My Hectic Life...

Hello,
I know, I know it has been a long time coming... yet again - but there has been SO much happening that I am finding it hard to find the time to do everything I have to do - let alone post on my blog...
We have finally moved house - Yay! It is so wonderful to have our own space again. It is surreal to be in such a big house after living on top of each other for 2 years in bunky old rentals... the kids love having so much room and just love playing in their own rooms - which is good for me... kind of limiting the mess that I have to clean up!
The great news is I have a FANTASTIC scrap room which is already being used... it hasn't even been set up yet because I am waiting for the painter to come in and finish painting!!! So I am working out of a mess at the moment - but it is great. I have my own room to retreat too with FANTASTIC light!!
Here are some layouts that I have been doing lately..

I am currently working on a BOOK OF ME which I am very excited about. I am using the new Noteworthy II 8x8 scallop album.. yummo... and notheworthy II papers... love it!

Peta, Kareena and I are going to Brisbane next week for a week of scrapping and shopping... SO can't wait. I really need the break!

I hope that everyone is well... i will update soon with my book (fingers crossed)

Does anyone else feel that Easter has come around far too soon this year.. i know it is early - but to me it has just kind of 'snuck up'. Had to run out on Thursday and buy the Easter eggs etc... looking forward to tomorrow though...

Unfortunately not much scrapping to report. Just thought I would upload some gorgeous photos that i have taken in the last week or so. Feels nice to be snapping again! Haven't for a little while.. just so distracted with everything else :-)

A week or so ago we also went to a local park... had a ball.. here are a few of the kids can't wait to get to scrapping these ones!!

We went to my Dads for lunch on Good Friday - managed to take a few happy snaps of the family! Including my GORGEOUS nephew Riley below.. he has grown up so much!! We had a great lunch and stuffed ourselves silly as only we know how!!

Looking forward to a glass of champagne with my DH tomorrow as well.. it is our 6 year anniversary... Love you Heaps Sorgi!

Life has been so busy and ridiculous that I haven't had a chance to do any more scrapping lately... I am going to sit down at my small sqaure table tonight and try and create a masterpiece while watching Grey's Anatomy... hmmm I wonder how far I will get - just depends on how many times McDreamy comes on the screen!! :-)

Acetate is the order of the day... and to finish my Tim Holtz Canvas... urgh... where to start :-)

But - I also need to cut out 60 boxes off the Cricut for Kaiyas kindy... why do we say Yes...? I really have to learn that word NO... not sure what it means...

Hope to post soon with some works of art... well not quite.. hehe :-)

Where Does TIme Go??

Just wondering if anyone can sympathize? I have REALLY had one of those weeks. With my DH away in the USA (very jealous) for 10 days we all all managed to get the flu... Cooper first - then me and today Kaiya.. Everyone is grumpy and it just seems to be hanging on. Cooper seems better today - but we will wait and see!! And when you are sick - everything seems harder... everything seems to go wrong... the house just never seems to be clean... BUT.. such is life - it will all be better when we are... (well thats what I keep telling myself anyway..)

Though with DH away this week my goal was to actually get some scrapping done - and I did!! Sick and sleep deprived (often when I do my best work). I finished the new layouts for Step 1, and Finished an Easter Canvas using Making Memories Garden Party... nice.. A preview is below - will be running it as a class in March... so get your photos ready...!!

I also got started on another Canvas using the Yummy Tim Holtz Crackle Paint and Grungeboard... mmm can't wait to finish it!!

On another note - Kaiya started School 3 weeks ago (omigod) and this week went to 5 half days.. what a nightmare - especially while we are all sick!! Here are some photos of her first day at school - she LOVES it... wants to go every day - even weekends! We will see how long that last for though! If you see her in the shop running around she will always have a chat to you about her day at Kindy - she is very proud of herself and loves her uniform...

And finally... I am very VERY happy to say that my DH got me the one thing that I wanted from the USA... an Apple iPhone... YEAH! I am sure it will be my new best friend... :-) Can't wait to use it when he gets home... He has been on a wild goose chase to get me the 16gb - because for anyone who knows me - I have to have the latest and greatest!!

Okay - so I better get to finishing the March Timetable... each month just rolls around so fast!!

My Girl...

Well - it is official... my little girl is going to school... We bought her uniform and shoes today and she is officially PUMPED! I must admit that I welled up when she put them on - but managed to control myself... not looking forward to next Thursday... I am SURE I will be the Mum that is balling my eyes out in the carpark... Will be packing a box or two of tissues... :-) Here are some pictures I took today... very VERY cute!!

Our new house is also coming along nicely... can't wait to get in there... my Scrap Room is HUGE - and will be a LOT cooler than my mezzanine in the place we are renting at the moment... not much fun at all.. We are officially locked up - so hopefully we will be in there in 3 or so months... THEN - you will see SO much more scrapping here... :-)

Getting Organised

Well - what a weekend... My beautiful boy Coopers 2nd Birthday... will post photos soon! We had a wonderful time on Saturday as a family... then today we went to Castledare Miniature Railway and had a big family do... picnic etc, the kids loved it playground and grass and MUD a plenty!!

I have known for a LONG while that I needed to get my Scrap Area sorted.. I barely use it - I tend to scrap on a small square coffee table in front of the TV, when I have 2 desks and plenty of space on a mezzanine that I don't use - quite simply because it is a MESS. It is kind of out of sight out of mind, I'll get to that later... but I have so much stuff now that I don't even know what I have!! So last week I got 'Organisation Tips for Scrapbookers'. Friday night I started to read it. Last night I read it some more... this afternoon when I got home - i decided it was time to tackle it. Let me tell you I knew it was going to be a big job - just not this big. And CONFUSING... how do you organise your stuff?? In colours or themes, by brand or use??? I have that many tools, where to do I put them? My Cricut Expressions (my new baby) my cuttlebug, my sewing machine, my templates... ARGH.... I think I have jumped into this all to soon, my DH will vouch for me as to what a mess it is - but it is looking better because I have gotten rid of a lot of rubbish...

If there are any suggestions out there let me know... everyone has their personal choices.. it may just help me a bit..!

Back to my book.. because I am in need of ALOT more help...?!?!

Bits and Pieces

Hi There,

Don't you just love the simple things in life? I do.. I had one of those weekends. My Grandma celebrated her 80th Birthday. She is a simple person, who has never needed alot - and has taught me the true meaning of family, as passed down by my Mum. Here is a quick snap of my mum (on the left) with my Grandma and Aunty Les. I love them all dearly..

This next photo is of Kaiya with her 2nd Cousin Tulliah. They had an absolute ball all weekend - with Tulliah playing 'Mum'. They only see each other a couple of times a year - but it seems like they have never been apart..

Then my MIL and FIL came up to visit yesterday and bought Kaiya and Cooper a Bubble Blower each. It is a noisy contraption that blows the bubbles for you.. They were both in fits of laughter.. here is a snap of Cooper.. he had a real belly laugh going on! Again - it made me think of the Simple things like BUBBLES... so much fun...

Then when I came home tonight - Kaiya was crying because she couldn't watch 'Futurama'. A show that we have decided best not be viewed by the kids. Kaiya being upset caused a major stir in me. It made me realise how much I thrive on coming home to a happy house. I didn't get my cuddles from her, and I had to tell her off - I had no 'good' time with her. I was almost in tears. Cooper on the other hand was all ready for cuddles - and a sing song before bed.. which was wonderful. I love my kids... and seeing them upset really makes you realise that parenting has so many ups and downs!!

Anyway - enough rambling - here are a few LO's that I have done over the last week or so... hope you enjoy them!

Long Time No Post

Okay - so my posting ability is pretty bad. I keep feeling like I need to post my layouts but keep leaving my camera at work..
I have been busy scrapping though... its taken me all week but i managed to get a Mini Book on Cooper finished - you can see that in store now.. (of course) I used Fancy Pants Chipboard and Mellow papers from Basic Grey - YUM! I am loving the alpha that comes with this set. Next project is a book for Kaiya, then one for my Mum.
I have made a resolution to scrap more - i have MOUNTAINS of photos to get through - but keep scrapping stuff for the shop - rather than for me! It will happen! I know it!!
I have my Grandmas 80th this weekend. She is such an inspiration to me - I love her dearly.. and even though you will probably NEVER read this post (because you don't have a computer) I LOVE YOU - thankyou for being such a wonderful person...
So - better go - I swore I would have an early night and still have heaps to do before bed! 10:30 is looking good.

Black & White

What a day! The weather is amazing... and always such a good excuse to scrap. Lately I have an obsession with black, white and red... i just can't seem to get enough of it! So when these Luxe Papers arrived in store - I couldn't wait to scrap them - and the Making Memories Glitter Letters, Collections Journalling Cards and Jenni Bowlin Rubons! All such BEAUTIFUL products!!

It must be some sort of record lately - to have scrapped twice in three days... I am really enjoying my scrapping at the moment and it is helping me to remember why I bought the business. You can get so caught up in the world of running a small business that you start to forget why you are doing it all.... It is all worth it at the end of the day, or a long week when I get to go home to my DH and my two beautiful children. They all make my life worth living.

This LO is all about 'True Colours' (I LOVE the Kasey Chambers version of this song). I really want my kids not to be 'afraid' to show their True Colours in a world that is so quick to judge.
